As standard, we invoice the job to your Company ID (IČO). Whether you pass the cost of the technical inspection on to your client or cover it from your commission is up to you.

- Will the inspection complicate the sale of the property?
This is the most common concern we hear from agents. In practice it is the exception. With our objective report the deal often closes faster than without an inspection, when buyers without enough information tend to hesitate.
