What you get from the partnership
After the inspection, the client knows what they're buying, or what they're actually selling. They hold an objective inspection report they can use to negotiate the price, file a warranty claim with the developer, or plan their own repairs. We reduce their risk.

Our property inspection report has a very clear structure, with a summary of the main findings and a complete overview of defects. You can also attach the report to the contract.

For the first job from a given partner, we take 10% off the list price. Either the client pays less, or we bill you the discount and you pass the difference on to the client. No commissions, no kickbacks.
