Privacy Policy

1. I. Basic provisions

   The data controller of personal data under Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter the “GDPR”) is Nemoinspekt s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 29060796, with its registered office at Rumunská 1798/1, 120 00 Praha 2.

   The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

2. II. Sources and categories of personal data processed

   The controller processes the personal data you have provided, or data obtained on the basis of fulfilling your order, contract, or completion of the contact form on the website. The controller processes the identification and contact data necessary for these purposes.

3. III. Legal basis and purpose of processing

   The legal basis for processing is:

   • handling your enquiry from the contact form (steps prior to concluding a contract or legitimate interest),
   • performance of the contract between you and the controller under Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
   • your consent or legitimate interest for marketing purposes.

   The purpose of processing is:

   • answering an enquiry from the web form,
   • handling your order and exercising contractual rights and obligations,
   • sending commercial communications.

   The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making. For internal website analytics, the analytics tool matomo.org is used, without the use of cookies.

4. IV. Data retention period

   The controller retains personal data:

   • for the time necessary to handle the enquiry from the form, but no longer than 1 year if no contract is subsequently concluded,
   • for the time necessary to exercise rights arising from the contractual relationship (15 years from its termination),
   • until consent to marketing is withdrawn, but no longer than 15 years.

   After this period has elapsed, the controller will erase the data.

5. V. Recipients of personal data

   The recipients of personal data are parties:

   • involved in the delivery of goods, services, or the execution of payments,
   • providing services in connection with operating the company’s activities and marketing.

   The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country.

6. VI. Your rights

   Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

   • the right of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, and data portability,
   • the right to object to processing,
   • the right to withdraw consent to processing by e-mail at info@nemoinspekt.cz,
   • the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

7. VII. Personal data security

   The controller has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data (e.g. website security, password encryption, backups). Only authorised persons have access to the personal data.

8. VIII. Final provisions

   By submitting an enquiry from the contact form or by submitting an order, you acknowledge these privacy policy terms. The controller is entitled to amend these terms and will publish the new version on its website.

This policy takes effect on 25 May 2026.
