We ordered an audit for our HOA. We needed to know exactly what we were taking over as part of a change of committee members. The architect who came from Nemoinspekt saved our HOA CZK 500,000. The roof we were originally going to replace, and which everyone kept telling us had reached the end of its service life, turned out to just have a badly installed drip edge. Nemoinspekt helped us with the purchase of a property, a prefab flat before renovation. A purchase like this has a major impact on a family budget, so we were afraid of buying a flat with hidden defects that an ordinary layperson cannot detect, defects that can significantly increase renovation costs or, in the worst case, seriously devalue the investment.

Nemoinspekt’s detailed report on the condition of the property found no serious negative issues, which is why we decided to go ahead with the flat. The report did, however, point out a few less serious defects, for example a cracked ventilation pipe in the riser shaft. We reported the defect to the current owner, who arranged for it to be repaired. Finally, the report helped us form a clear picture of how much the renovation would cost and what we must not forget during it.

Both the receptionist (Eliška Davídková) and the property inspector (Kamila Šindelářová) were helpful and professional. We received an appointment within a few days. Kamila was very nice and explained all the issues with the house. The building was only 10 years old and there were no major problems, but we were glad to know what kind of minor problems there were.
